Dubai College of Tourism invites all aspiring young chefs aged 15 to 18 years of age from high schools across the UAE to showcase their passion, creativity, and culinary flair in our Young Chef Competition 2025.

This is your chance to shine, learn from professionals, and take your cooking skills to the next level.

How It Works?

Step 1: Enter Online

Registration is FREE and open from 10th September to 10th October 2025.

Step 2: Submit Your Video 

Create a 3-minute video showcasing your culinary skills, creativity, and a sustainability focus.

• Introduce your ingredients.

• Show step-by-step preparation and techniques.

• Present your final dish.

• Don't forget about sustainability e.g. using locally sourced ingredients only or reducing waste.

Step 3: The Masterclass & Final Cook-Off 

12 finalists will be invited to the DCT Kitchen on 9 December 2025 for a hands-on masterclass with professional chefs, followed by a live cook-off to crown the winner.
